Shipping Samples
Choose the collection centre that works best for you. We offer collection centres in the European Union and the United Kingdom, allowing you to select the most convenient destination for your samples.
For participants shipping from within the European Union, our EU collection centre is a convenient option that can help avoid the customs procedures associated with sending samples to the United Kingdom.
We accept sample deliveries from January 1 to April 30, 2027. Please ensure your samples arrive at your chosen collection centre by April 30, 2027.
Generate Your Shipping Label
Shipping labels will be available from January 1, 2027. Once your registration and payment are complete, follow these simple steps:
The application to generate the shipping label will be active on December 27, 2026
Sign in to your account.
From the menu, go to Account → Shipping.
Select your preferred collection centre.
Generate and download your shipping label and required shipping documents.
The process is automated, and your label will include your unique application code and the address of your selected collection centre.
Attach the label to your parcel and allow sufficient time for delivery. Samples received after the deadline may not be eligible for evaluation.
If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to discuss your circumstances and, where possible, make special arrangements to accommodate your samples.
